2 Surefire Strategies – And One Shortcut – To Last Longer!
If your sexual encounters don’t last as long as you would like or are you embarrassed by the fact that every sexual encounter seems to last mere minutes. Then I am here to help welcome you to the world of men who suffer from premature ejaculation. Rest assured you are not alone, actually far from it. Truth be told, between 30 to 40 million American men (and many more around the world) are “too quick on the draw” during sex. Even just having 2 minutes of straight intercourse may seem like an impossible task if you are unable to prolong your ejaculation.
Premature ejaculation has is caused by both physical and psychological underpinnings. It is NOT primarily a medical problem, and can be effectively treated with the right strategies that address the underlying root causes. Here are 2 surefire strategies to help end your premature ejaculation problem once and for all.
Strategy #1 – Mental Resolution
Having the right frame of mind is crucial to lasting longer. Being nervous or having some sexual performance anxiety to begin with, makes you far more likely to ejaculate early. And sadly, the more often this happens, the more anxious you will become during the next sexual encounter. It becomes a vicious cycle. Do not give yourself undue pressure to perform. Here’s the thing: ejaculating early is not a problem, unless you choose to let it become one. Face up to your fears of inadequacies and communicate it with your partner. Chances are, your woman is probably feeling anxious about herself too – about how she looks when naked, and whether she can pleasure you during sex! If you take the time to pleasure her first with oral sex, then there is no reason that she will not be completely supportive of you. Tell yourself you can only get better with time. And you will.
Strategy #2 – Muscle Relaxation
If you are having performance anxiety or experiencing any form of stress, then this tip will come in handy. You see, one of reasons you are ejaculating early is due to your pelvic muscles tensing up during sex. How do you know if your pelvic muscles are tensed? Easy! Try to mimic the movement when you are stopping your urination halfway. You will feel a contraction somewhere around your anus area. This is the pelvic muscle. Try to keep this muscle relaxed during sex. As long as this muscle is not tensed, there is no way you can ejaculate. At the same time, try to keep all other muscles, especially your abdominal and thigh muscles relaxed too, because tensing any of these muscles have the tendency to cause your pelvic muscle to contract too.
An Emergency “Quick Fix”
Now, if you need an ’emergency’ technique you can use to stop early ejaculation, try this: when you sense you are about to ejaculate, firmly press the point between your anus and scrotum (or testicle area). You will feel some contractions – you will actually orgasm but without ejaculating. Once these contractions subside, your erection will lose some firmness, but you should be able to get your erection up soon and resume intercourse.
