We recently found out that some past members were having issues getting logged into their accounts. Our system said that they needed to confirm their membership, and when they clicked on the link in the email, they were told that they were already confirmed. Sounds like a vicious circle. 🙁
The good news is that today we went into the programing and found the bug, and squashed it with our shoe, so it will never come back again.
So if you have been having this issue,
